- Want to lose weight? Sign up for our nutrition practitioner’s 3-Week Jumpstart to Healthy Eating and we’ll make your lunch and dinner for the duration of the program. Average weight loss is between 6 and 11 pounds. Longer programs are available for additional weight loss.
