Sealantro offers 10-, 21- and 90-day healthy eating and weight loss programs that include lunch and dinner daily, with an option to include breakfast.

Our weight loss and healthy eating programs include accountability and support from Sealantro’s own integrative nutrition health coach, co-owner Jayne Withers Clifford. In person sessions with Jayne are included at no additional cost.
All meals are portion controlled and nutritionally balanced for optimal weight loss. If counting is your thing, we provide in depth nutritional information for each dish.

21 Day Jumpstart to Healthy Eating and a Plant Based Lifestyle

How it works:
Sealantro supplies you with lunch and dinner for the full 21 day duration. Breakfast suggestions are included. Meals are ready for pick up or delivery each Tuesday and Saturday through the jump start.
This program is perfect if:
- You’ve been trying to eat plant based for a while but you are lost for ideas and don’t know where to start.
- You don’t have time to shop for the wide variety of ingredients or to prepare the meals.

Sealantro’s jumpstart to healthy eating and a plant based lifestyle is overseen by co-owner and integrative nutrition health coach, Jayne Withers. Private weekly check-ins with Jayne are provided at no charge to each participant.
All meals are made fresh to order by Michael and Jayne. Full nutritional information is provided for each dish. All dietary requirements can be accommodated with advanced notice.
