Lunch Menu

We serve lunch from 11:30 AM to 3 PM Tuesday through Saturday. Please note that this is our summer menu. Our full lunch menu will resume in October.

Pies of the Day  British-style savory pies served with choice of organic greens, Heinz baked beans, mushy peas, or coleslaw; Branston Pickle and HP Sauce for the discerning. See Pie Specials Sheet for today’s selections.


(Choice of Multigrain, White, or Mini Croissants; Lettuce and Tomato. Served with organic greens, or coleslaw.  Add bacon to any sandwich $3)

 BLT with British Back Bacon Because everything tastes better with bacon, especially “real” British bacon. Try it and taste the difference  $12

Cheddar & Branston  A British favorite, sliced Irish cheddar on buttered bread (yes, we put butter and cheese together on bread), with Branston Pickle which is more like a chutney. Just trust us on this one… $9

Coronation Chicken This classic curried chicken salad was created for Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation in 1953 to combine the flavors of the Commonwealth $10

Organic Egg Salad Made with local eggs from happy hens, topped with Zesty Fox Farms micro cress $10

Shrimp in Marie Rose Sauce We are emulating Jayne’s favorite sandwich from Marks & Spencer’s. Salad shrimp are tossed in our made-to-order pink sauce that has just a hint of brandy.

Vegan Tuna Salad  Chickpeas, nori, celery, red onion, vegan mayo all make up our “chickpea of the sea.”  $9


Caesar Salad Classic romaine, parmesan and Caesar dressing with croissant croutons $9

House Salad  Organic greens, cherry tomatoes, carrot, cucumber, red onion, white balsamic vinaigrette  $8

Quiche of the Day (When available – it’s summer so we only make quiche when we have reservations. Hint, hint…) served with fresh organic greens and pasta salad or coleslaw $11
